why exactly was my account banned

So I got a communication ban for 14 day for apparently violating the CoC my guess is that for calling someone bad at a game I got banned even though the people that were being complete
[Mod Removed] through mic chat told me and my teammates much more horrible things, so what exactly did I violate? I would really like specifics and evidence of all the thing that I've done or said to deserve a ban not a link to the enforcement
web site or a copy and paste of the CoC and also why can't we contact enforcement team directly

I want answers.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Either read the email you were sent or you can check the reason on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review.

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team & the only way to appeal your suspension.

As per the ToU you agreed to the enforcement team do not have to give you the specifics of what you did nor will they show you the proof they have.

Directing you to the enforcement site is the only thing anyone on the forums can do.
