    The last 3(three) times I have loaded my PC updates Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not want to load ??

    Is there a way around this??

    Cannot permanently uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Cannot permanently uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Every time I do, it gets fully reinstalled by Microsoft every time I startup my computer. I have run apps troubleshooter and it does not help. Microsoft support will not help unless I cough up
    $149.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Why does my Microsoft Solitaire Collection keep refusing to open? When auto updates are preformed on my computer I cannot open the game. All I get is the blue screen. This is a constant battle. They are Microsoft Auto Updates, why then can't you fix this
    problem?

    ever since I did System Restore, can't access Solitaire Collection

    I had this same problem after I refreshed my computer to go from Windows 8.1 back to Windows 8. After a lot of searching, I determined that my problem was that the computer was not picking up the updates. You've probably already tried this, but did you run
    the Windows Troubleshooter as the administrator? I did that, and while it took some time for it to finish, I was able to run the sync licenses and get the games and apps to update. It took several times of restarting my computer and updating for all of them
    - including Microsoft Solitaire Collection - to work.

    Well, I talked with Xbox Support. They had me update my information then restart my computer. Not sure if updating my information worked, but restarted my computer made it where I could use Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.

    I had downloaded and played a free game then had trouble with my Microsoft Collection. After several other tries I finally uninstalled the game and then turned off the computer and restarted my collection then started to work.

    Get this every time. MS Mahjong and MS Solitaire Collection work fine as does logging into xbox live.
