Why every time I try to contact customer support it says error

someone keeps stealing my homeshare and I can't get ahold of support

This is AWFUL!!!

I have tried updating my payment option for an entire year... Every time I try to update my payment option some error happens, then when I try to contact customer service about i fill out a form and says there is an error and to try it again in a few minutes!
Where is a number I can call to complain because I am completely unsatisfied and want to call someone and complain about my awful customer support!

Socrates Ive been searching google all day. Seeing so many others posting the same issues was why I didnt contact customer support. Seemed too common a problem and more like a system thing. I'll try searching whats been suggested and as a last resort contacting customer support. If nothing helps I guess I'll try a replacement.

Hi there,

if someone is 'stealing' your Home console setting, then it means they know your account credentials. The best way to prevent that is to change your account password and security details.

After changing the password, only you should be able to sign in to your account

Regarding contacting Xbox Support, you could also try the @XboxSupport option via Twitter.

I can’t reach anybody every time I try it says to sing in and then it comes up with a error code saying it can’t sing me in and it won’t let me contact customer service so I’m at a lost here.

Hi Brad,

Im still within the 45 days. I've been trying for weeks to click on the warranty link in the store and every time it says something went wrong on our end. Ive even tried going online to Microsoft Store and and clicking the middle link "within 45 days"
and it says safari can't open this web page. I contacted store support and they referred me to xbox support and I can't seem to get it resolved there either. Why can I go to the store on my Xbox, follow the warranty link and then get an error every time
I try to buy??

Second i tried to contact microsoft customer support multiple times via phone number and it says im trying to scam them or something but i never called them since this time if you can help me reach the customer support via phone i would be grateful to you.

Just for clarification i have every proof that i own the account and i even have the messages that says my primary alias has been changed so yeah.
