    Annoying lag in every game i play

    I have a arcade version xbox that i seem to lag on AND a pro version xbox lags aswell.

    The lag is .5-1 seconds long and occurs maybe 9+ times in a single match

    I have installed games to hard-drive still lag.

    I have cleared cache checked for corrupted data there is none.

    I connect through Ethernet on a cable modem

    My modem is up to date

    I have 2 upload and 10 download at 33 ping

    And again, you're desperate. You do realize that we're talking about framerate here right? This isn't about a "delay". Framerate =/= "delay".

    I believe it could be to do with your Xbox being over heated. If its online make sure your playing on a suitable connection that could also cause a problem with the frame rate.
