Why ended the Pyramid-Event before it started?

It was probably a technical error. I'm sure the team will be working on a fix for it.

This is PYRAMID, the day event of Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Same here, but for me it's just the Pyramid game. Not in the Daily Challenges or Events, just the regular Pyramid game. All the others (Classic Solitaire/Spider/Freecell/TriPeaks) seem to load fine. Even in the Daily Challenges Pyramid loads ok, just
if I go to play the regular game. I recently upgraded to W10 Creator, but that was a few days ago, and everything seemed to be fine. Then, as you said, a couple of days ago I was playing Pyramid and the whole MS Solitaire crashed. When I went to start the
game again, Pyramid wouldn't load, just that spinning circle and "Loading" for ever and ever.

I take a little solace in the knowledge that it's not just me.
