[removed by moderator] shot laser though hill taking out mantis,I got screen shots of all angles that clearly show him shoot into hill another of mantis being hit and this one from banshee,even Stevie wonder could see he is cheating

xbox do ban cheaters but in certain games its harder than others.

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

If you believe someone is breaking the rules then the only way to report them is via your console.

The enforcement team will not accept your screenshots as evidence as things like screenshots,videos etc. can be tampered with.They have all the tools they need to conduct a thorough investigation.

I run across that a lot in GTA5.A lot of guys have these modded accounts and blown up money and acouple other crazy glitches. it makes the game no fun

if they are reported it will get looked in to but the player base is huge and can sometimes take a little time to get round to the report you made. most games have their own report system too via their website (might be worth looking into)
