    Why don't we get our points! Why can't we talk to someone that can Help!!!


    Me or my wife will be posting everyday until you give us our points! We shouldn't have to wait for our points. why can't we talk to someone. Didn't know that you guys messed up the rewards and haven't fixed it so we still don't get our rewards!!! We would
    like what we were promised!!! Lets us know when you decide to give them to us. Thanks!!!!

    Help - Gold Membership NOT WORKING

    This is NOT an answer! I waited HOURS to talk to someone who then proceeded to be of no help and then again later! Same issue today, and this is the only answer we get? What about a refund since we aren't getting what we paid for, Or better yet why not a
    free month for the inconvenience. From the sounds of it HUNDREDS of ppl are having this issue so why don't you appease the masses of your customers and give them something back? Don't try to silence this forum or hide it, we want compensated for this crap!
    We are YOUR customers, we pay YOU so that we can play our games with our friends yet when you fall through on your end you upset everyone. I get this is an issue but this is NOT an answer!

    Next batch of backwards compatible games revealed.

    Can someone explain to me why publishers don't want to add their games to BC? It's not like we can't play them on our 360. This just makes it so we don't have to fool with 2 consoles. Honestly, what's the difference?

    Can you elaborate a bit for us? Are you referring to Microsoft Store Rewards, Bing Rewards or Xbox Rewards? If you're referring to Xbox Rewards, these points are deposited on the 15th or 30th of each month after you've reached the points threshold of 5,000
    points. If you're not seeing them and you've reached that threshold, we'd suggest posting on the Xbox Rewards forums for the best assistance.
