Why dont they fix this broken automatic enforcement

I know for a fact that’s not why it suspended me, this doesn’t happen on many other games and you can only interpret that from only reading the bottom part and not the top. Using the top is using the context of the rules and you cannot get that from putting them together. When someone reports a post it checks it automatically with a AI and might ban for certain keywords/phrases and it could be detected as a real life trade but obviously it’s not always gonna be right. But if it passes the AI checking then it goes to someone to check. On Fallout 76 LFGs people know it’s an auto suspension and like to troll people who trade. There’s no difference between me messaging someone to do a trade using in game mechanics, or going on LFG or a Facebook group to trade. None are against the rules it would say that in a different way, not under a part talking about real life money and fraud because using ingame mechanics in a game doesn’t involve money and/or doing fraud. I also do programming and can see how this automated system would detect it. I Can tell it’s automated from things I said and it is for sure something that isn’t meant to happen. Idk how much more I can break this down.

LFG posts are not in-game mechanics. Using them to advertising that you're buy/selling/trading is not allowed. That's why people are getting suspended. Using the actual in-game mechanics is not the problem.

Trading in the game itself is allowed. LFG posts are not done in game so it's not allowed there. It falls under this rule in the Community Standards:

That whole thing specifically says "Trying to make MONEY in unapproved ways" Ie real currency then it list in what ways. saying money with caps so you notice the word money rather than a way of trade so you notice its referencing real life money. So it says "Trying to make MONEY in unapproved ways such as and list to Sell ingame content outside of ingame mechanics" Which I use in game mechanics. That whole thing is talking about safety and real money, it says it specifically so people cant get scammed of money or cards and mentioning not to scam

Offering to buy/sell/trade real life currency is not permitted including not limited to gift cards, real money, accounts and other possessions but can you show me somewhere in the TOS/COC that does not mention a real life item? Its not against the rules. Trading ingame currency for a item(using game mechanics) is not mentioned only real life currency and items.
