    Why don't the rewards points carry over to a different website


    So I've been trying to redeem my xbox rewards points from the app, but when ever I go to the Redeem page it says I have only have 5 points even though I have about 4 thousand. I'm trying to get the 400 robux gift card.

    are you sure you're not confusing achievement points for rewards points? they're two different things

    Your existing balance will be converted to currency, and will carry over. Points earned from Bing Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards have an expiration date. I believe it's one year from when they were awarded, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
