    Why don’t the karia pros work


    I have the razer kaira pros and they connect to the xbox series S but the audio stays on my tv and doesn’t come through my headset, how do i fix this issue?

    Please try this:

    "If you're hearing party chat through your TV speakers even after connecting a chat headset, you may need to re-associate your controller with your profile.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and go to Profile & system.

    Select Add or switch and select your profile."

    If everything looks good there please double check if you have selected "Only headset" here Settings > General > Volume & audio output > additional options > voice chat output > select headset

    If the issue persists, please try running the audio setup tool and then re-pair the headset with your console

    Xbox wireless adapter choppy audio?

    Should less than 1 meter be working well? That's what it's at

    The closest Bluetooth device that isn't related is about 15m away and through walls

    I'm not using a controller, a Razer karia pro for Xbox is directly connected to the wireless adapter
