    Why don't support actually support us players?


    February 2023 rolls around and we have a new 2000 point punch-card for the month, great and extra 2000 points for doing 4 easy tasks. It would be great but for the achievements not being recognised so I missed out on that one as well as missing the Achieve more Earn more for all but 2 days of the month up to the 17 Feb. the punch-card registered 1 of the three achievements and I unlocked 7 the first 2 days of the month. Now we have a weekly set punch-card that needs us to unlock 3 achievements and again it's registered 1 of the 3 needed achievements and I unlocked 4 yesterday so obviously somewhere in the system something has gone wrong because I've tried everything on my end from reinstalling the rewards app to actually resetting the console to factory settings. I contacted rewards support with the issue and all was going well until yesterday 17/2/23 when the rep asked me to do a secure exchange by putting screenshots in a word doc and sending them through a workspace page. I received an email this morning telling me they were closing the ticket without any rectification saying they'd had no response. I've replied that I sent the requested info via the system he wanted it sent by but it seems to me that support really don't care because I had the same problem in 2020 and had to wait until 2021 before I could claim the daily 50 points. Again I'm getting no help or resolution to whatever the problem may be and Microsoft rewards are no longer rewards because I can't claim them!

    what good would deleting and re-downloading the app do when as stated I've already tried that and nothing changed? I've tried everything on my end up to and including a factory reset of the console and achievements still aren't registering and I still can't claim the daily 50 points. Us players have a support team that don't really support us because we put tickets in and wait a week for a reply but they close tickets within 24 hours of their last email to you without any resolution of the issue you put the ticket in for!

    Hello carlhelps, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Rewards program.

    I'm afraid we would be unable to help with that here though. I would like to recommend filling out this form https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ... and submit it. The Rewards Support Team will then get in touch with you.

    In the meantime though please try deleting and redownloading the app to see if that helps.

    My apologies that you feel this doesn't help but with the Rewards Program the information I posted above is the best way to get it resolved.

    Just to know what OS are you running in? Is it the latest update?(The Final june update or are you already running the Preview updates which released 2-3 days back)??

    1)Have you done the latest update of your controller? Request you to please check and let us know

    2) Check the Battery Level of the controller-

    Could you follow this link-

    In case if both doesnt work , request you to kindly have a direct chat with the support team(probably there might be some issue with the controller)?

    3) Issue of the TV would it be because of any incompatibility with the Set Top box. Since when you are having the issues?(That is where i requested the version of your Operating system)

    I'm having a couple issues with my Xbox One:Controller randomly turns off and restarts during gameplay. It is a horribly disruptive experience.

    Bigger issue is that my TV will just black out randomly. The video feed will black out during both TV and while playing a game. Sometimes when I turn my TV on, the TV will just have a message from the Xbox saying it has lost the TV signal when the cable
    box is turned on. This message will display for 10-20 seconds then live TV will display.

    There are a lot of knowledgeable people who surf the support forums that can help out with issues concerning your console. If we can't help then we can point you in the right direction to get the help you need.
