Why don't my purchased games not register as bought ?

Hello again. Reading my post today I see I was a little bit inpolite. I apologize for that. I'm super happy with xbox so I don't want to give the impression of a disgruntled customer. Sorry, my bad.

1. I bought them on the website, the XBox / Microsoft store, yes , using opera and chrome browser

2. I am using the XBox app on my android phone (the one found on Google Play store) when accessing the games on my android phone, yes

3. Yes I do, there is no issue there

Second questions:

1a. I did it just now and the same issue persists, so no probs.

2a. I'll check it on the pc this week, can't do it today

3a. Ok, I will do that.

I don't yet own an XBox console, I will buy one in a few months, not enough time atm. So no worries about resolving this issue immediately, maybe with time this will fix it self. Thank you for the quick response.

1. Sign out of your Xbox account on the Android app and sign back in.

2. Check if the games appear in your Xbox library on a different device, such as a console or PC.

3. If the games appear on a different device, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your Android phone.

Hi!

I haven't xbox360. I bought controller for plaing games in windows. So i can't register at meservice.xbox.com, because service don't recieve my device serial number. I don't know why.
