why dont i receive anything for my purchases

i used to receive points on every purchase if it was after a certain date every month but lately i seem to receive nothing

i dont know why my gamerscore was reset. i never modded in my life Nor have i ever boosted/cheated, so i dont see why i was reset, im still wondering about all this, i dont know how long my gamerscore was reset, and i know i didnt do anything to receive
a gamerscore correction.
