    Why don’t I own Gears Of War 4 anymore?


    I preordered Gears Of War 4 with the limited edition console back in 2016 and now when I tried downloading it. It came with the Ultimate Edition and LE bonus content. Two different redeemable codes. It shows that I never bought the game and all the add-ons included that I purchased throughout the years while playing the game. I tried looking through my purchase history and it only goes up to 2018. Already tried removing my account from my Xbox and hard resetting the Xbox. Why is this happening?
