Why dont i get mails from microsoft store when i try to sign in the app

Thanks, but when I try to get the app from the Microsoft Store it opens the Xbox app, and I already tried signing out and signing back in.

I knew it was changed when I tried to sign in to minecraft and other apps that use my microsoft profile. It always said that my profile doesn't exist. Then I checked into microsoft store left clicked on my profile and saw a completely different e-mail. I didn't get any e-mail notifications.

I try it from Microsoft Store and its works. Game was added to xbox app, but when i want some game from xbox app, app still saying that i need purchase game pass. I dont understand. But at all, i can downloading games from pass, but only from Microsoft Store.

i get the error code 0x80070002 when trying to sign into outlook through the mail app
