    Why doesn't Xbox One X/ Xbox one family have themes or live wallpapers?


    Does anyone know why we don't have themes anymore like previous on the Xbox 360 and will we ever get live wallpapers, even the PS3 had live wallpapers and PS4 does as well, I feel like many gamers appreciate the customization of their consoles and it should be pretty easy to implement.

    Downloaded themes wont work.

    Themes are NOT maps. Themes are backgrounds/wallpaper for your xbox. To access the maps, you have to buy the map packs they are included in.

    If this is what the new dash looks like it sucks.I mean how many times do we have to tell you not to cover up the themes and wallpaper with the menu boxes.Look at the blank space at the bottom..why wouldnt you put the menu boxes in the blank spot and let

    im not trying to be rude, but its not a border. its called a gradient. its usually gray when you put one of your own pictures as your wallpaper. the new themes you buy will remove the gradient just for that theme they also seem to have the option to change
    the gradients color . some older ones will have the gradient.

    By "custom background" I mean just wallpapers uploaded the PC. It's not just those but, most of the other downloaded themes for Xbox Live are obstructed by this "fog".

    Please tell me that next update will allow you to remove it.
