    Downloading add ons from xbox 360?

    contact xbox live chat support, or activision live chat support, they should be able to explain why or sort it.

    Frag Cross, sorry to hear about your issues with Live Chat. Sometimes the connections can have issues. Even as Ambassadors we get this, and I can tell you it can be frustrating on our end too. Because we want to help you. Is there a question that perhaps

    I tried asking yesterday (within 4 minuets of posting)---- No reply

    I can only assume no reply today either. People are willing to help just ask......

    Sometimes questions are flaged as Spam or Trolling... then disconnected.

    Xbox support works with live chats and phone chats, they don't have email support.

    I have the same problem with a new Xbox One S. It's a new console and doesn't work. I made some tests with the microsoft support by chat and nothing. The Xbox doesn't enter in vga mode and I can't solve the problem. Microsoft doesn't
    want to give me support for the console, which was not even used, because it is a US region and I live in Brazil.
