Why doesn't xbox allow refunds.

Ya let people only have 5 refunds every 6-8 months. To me that seems fair enough or 5 refunds every year.

That would quickly get abused, for example how much of a game do you play before you realise you don't like it? ten minutes, an hour, three hours?

Some games only really get going after an hour or so, also what about achievements? some games give you loads of achievement points within the first half hour.

At the end of the day, if you don't like how the current rules are, don't buy games digitally.

In regards to refunds, I've seen MS give them out, but only if it's in regards to a game that is completely broken at launch.

If you bought a game that seemed interesting, but after playing it, you didn't like it... I think you just have to chalk it up as a loss then.

It is clearly stated before any Digital purchase that transaction is final, NO REFUNDS!

But Why Xbox Gold Live doesn't need to be paid with a credit card?

I paid Xbox Live Gold without credit card and only with balance that I have. In addition, Xbox Live Gold allows the desactivation of periodic billing.

Why doesn't the Xbox Game Pass allow it?

Xbox doesn't sell controller spare parts, prepaid codes can't be refunded, doesn't matter if the payment method was attached to the account, to purchase a new suscription the security code it's required, without it the bank doesn't allow the charges in the card for the reccuring billing

Reply back to the email and explain why you want the refund. You should get a reply saying you should be allowed a refund or not.
