    Why doesn't the Xbox support reps know what is going on?


    I tried to find a new elite controller for Xbox One. Every retailer only has them used. I tried calling Xbox support about it and they knew nothing about it. Then I went to the forums and someone said that Microsoft is going to make a updated version of
    the elite controller. Now why can't the Xbox support reps be somewhat in the know of what is going on? I was on the phone with a lady trying to explain that they are not available new and she didn't understand.

    And they'll waste 1/2 hour on the phones with a support rep that is clueless. MS doesn't provide support for games and none of their reps are going to know anything that isn't written on their little script in front of them.

    POOR Customer Service! Supports Right hand has no Idea what its Left hand is doing!

    All the support reps do is sit on this website and when you tell them what is going on, they go through the same troubleshooting steps available to us and none of them actually KNOW anything about the system besides what that troubleshooting tells them,
    so what help are they? I've given up on Xbox Support and have now put my efforts into asking around on other forums with actual people, not robots.

    I've got bad player rep because somebody is abusing the system.

    Phone/chat support usually tell people to post on the forums when they don't know what to do.

    Your rep doesn't go down that fast,it's something that happens over a period of time.I've posted a link on how the rep system works.There's nothing else anyone but yourself can do to get it out of the avoid me status.

    For information about your suspension and to try submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Support does not handle suspensions so they would not be able to actually see why you were suspended. Rep doesn't affect suspensions either.
