    Why doesn't the xbox app ON PC recognise my second hard drive?


    In the settings it's visible under select default storage but if I go to install a game, it only gives me my C: drive as an option.

    I have tried reinstalling everything, resetting/fixing/terminating all related software, updating hard drive drivers, rebooting a million times.

    I can't find anything online and Microsoft has no way to contact them.

    Hi there Tyler welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. You mention you have tried reinstalling everything does that include the app? I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders!     In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

    Xbox One will not let me play my disc games, only digital.

    It recognises the external hard drive and all my games are on there and when I unplug the hard drive and put a disc in. It still doesn't do anything.
