    why doesn't the nos regenerate when I use it


    when I use the NOS in races or free roam the NOS doesn't regenerate help

    Why would there be a perk thingy that regenerates health over time when you regenerate health in 5 seconds in the first place? HC mode doesn't count as that is essentially one hit kill with any weapon mode anyway.



    Some of it looks like BS to me. If Stopping power actually made a return Juggernaut needs to come back as well.

    Meh, doesn't really bother me in multiplayer. I play TF2 a lot and used to play CS: Source a fair bit. Both games have no health regeneration and work fine.
