    Why doesn't the game sync so what I do on one computer will show when I log in on anotaher ...


    I used to be able to play puzzles on one computer and if I logged in on another computer it would show my achievements. If I downloaded a new collection on my desktop computer it would also be available on my laptop. How do I get these items synced so
    I can play the puzzles on any computer?

    Hello all, I have a question regarding my gamer tag and this forum. I purchased an xbox one and created an account on the system, but when i log into this website it gives me some random gamer tag and doesn't show that I've
    earned any G.

    So i was wondering what do i have to do to "sync" these accounts? If they are different accounts, they both use the same email so i don't know how they could be different. But for some reason, here, I'm ""

    ever since I did System Restore, can't access Solitaire Collection

    I have a fairly new Lenovo 8.1 Windows computer. On Monday (after many problems with Internet Explorer), I did a System Restore. Now I can't access this game. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing it. Now my Store says the app is already installed
    on the computer - but when I just tried to do an un-install again, it won't let me right-click/do it from Start (uninstall doesn't show up), and doesn't show up anywhere on my app list or in my Control Panel list of programs. PC is up to date, ran the "sync
    licenses." Have tried the troubleshooter - no problems noted. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Lost game progress

    I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

    What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?

    Can we please get an update to the Xbox App that actually hides games with 0% achievements when it's a game you've hidden manually or alternatively being able to remove it completely?

    Yes I can still see the game list with 0% achievements on both the app and on my profile when logged in on a computer. That is exactly what the problem is. It still shows both in the app and on the computer. So that didn't help sadly.

    I tried that and it doesn't show Delete Everywhere. What I'm trying to do is start a new game of Diablo 3 and there's no New Game option in the game menu and when I think I've deleted the game save file and when I load the game again it keeps on syncing
    the game save back into the game again.

    I followed step one. In step 1 there were no dots in the top right corner. So, I tried step 3 clicking on sync , clicking on settings but there was no sync option. From that point I did not have a clue what to do. Can you help me?
