    Why doesn't the disc 2 content install for Fallout 3 Goty edition?


    I have an xbox 360 that I wanted to install the goty content for fallout 3 on. I have a 1 terabyte seagate hard drive connected to the 360 but when I try to install the content it says it requires a hard drive.

    Yea I get the code part, but say for example Fallout 3 and New Vegas GOTY editions come with 2 discs, one for the game itself, and the other has all the dlc on it. I'm asking if I install the content from the second disc that has the dlc on it, will it be attached to my account.

    The message you get is because you need the official Xbox 360 hard drive installed. Not an external USB drive.

    If you have Fallout 3, whether it be from a disc or if you purchased it from games on demand, disc 2 from the GOTY edition with all the addons or the Broken Steel/Point Lookout disc will install onto your xbox 360 hard drive and be playable upon starting
    the game.
