    Why doesn't my Xbox live gold card work when I type it in?


    When I type in my code it says this is a 12 month membership and I click redeem. When I do that tho it says try again later. I waited a week before I tried again but yet it just says the same thing.

    My Xbox live gold prepaid card doesn't work when I type it in...

    I type my prepaid card then it says that is a 3 month of xbox live and I redeem and says an error code, I did everything on the support page but nothing work, so I waited but the issue persist... I bought for the burnout paradise and the outlast, please
    help solving this issue...

    I paid Xbox Live Gold without credit card and only with balance that I have. In addition, Xbox Live Gold allows the desactivation of periodic billing.

    I can't redeem any codes! I work hard for my money. I purchased an Xbox One, bought a card for a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership, & $15 card. None of the codes work when typed in. I tried the error code into their error code search & nothing worked!
