    Why doesnt my headset work with my controller?


    My tv sounds don't go through my headset at all when I connect it to my controller. I've tried connecting it to the TV. That worked but I want it through my controller for ot to be easier. Can anyone pls help me with this? Also if it helps im using the a10 wired headset. Please respond and let me know If you know how to fix this issue.

    Unable to remove mute and headset not working. Was working fine a few days ago. Help please

    Try with a different headset if it still doesnt work itll be the jack port in the controller. Also try the headset with a phone see if the mic works if it doesnt then its the headset.

    Same thing haooened to me last week and its my controller 😭
