    Why doesnt my gold membership work?


    My account dont work, I cant log on, account is active untill 2018-04-01 but today on the 4:th of mars 2018 its no longer possible to connect to xbox live?!? Wierd.

    upgrade to family membership

    How do i upgrade from my annual gold membership to an annual family gold membership, it doesnt give me an upgrade option!

    why doesnt it let me purchase an Xbox Live Gold Membership it doesnt even work on my account on the computer? It alwasys says "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later, but it never works later! please let me know thank you.

    Why doesnt my gold membership work?

    First thing to try is to give your Xbox console a simple power cycle:

    This can help clear up any corrupt system cache that may prevent you from logging on to Xbox Live.

    If the steps our Ambassador tried do not work let's have you remove your
    profile     and then power cycle the console and sign back in.

    This should help clear up any remaining issues.

    MS want subscribers.....that is all, its not a hard concept to understand.....arguing why the "free" level membership doesnt get the benefits of a full gold membership is just redundant..you want the features get gold, you dont stay silver and use the PC

    do you have gold membership on your account or home gold

    If home gold that would be why

    You need to have an actual membership for 360 games with gold

    Home gold only works with Xbox one

    If 48hour trial then no that's not gold
    I have the gold membership on my account.
