    I got Ubisoft+ premium to play their games and have been, like far cry, I saw that I could play games like assassin's creed shadows with game pass ultimate so I purchased ultimate but when I tried playing them I got the message popup saying that I do not own this game or a subscription that includes it, (but I do???) please help with this Microsoft.

    Ubisoft+ is not part of Game Pass so it won't recognize those games. It will only recognize the game through xCloud if you purchase the game itself.

    I'm having the same issue.

    When I first installed the Premium content, I received the Battlepacks and was able to play the DLC maps but my Battlelog doesn't recognize my premium membership and it seems to work sporadically on the Xbox as well. Sometimes I don't get access and then
    a few weeks later, I'm spammed with Battlepacks.

    Same problem! Trying to play with my son but in cloud gaming the 2nd remote is not recognized when it asks for player 2 to join :(

    I think it's a cloud gaming issue. Pity because thaya a huge part of buying an Xbox!

    ubisoft connect issue when used by a shared subscription

    I have another problem, i friend have a xbox cloud gaming, and i have the game on PC downloaded on PC, when i open the game with Ubisoft connect, i cant invite my friend to the game because he cant open ubisoft connect because he is on xbox cloud gaming, and we cant play togheter, i added to friend in ubisoft connect and dindt work .... What can i do?

    Try switching games and then starting Forza up again.

    In my experience when things like that happen my Xbox doesn't recognize just that one game title I want to play and I've had to restart my Xbox for it to work. I hope this maybe helps.
