    why doesnt it let me sign in to my microsoft account on ps4 minecraft?


    everytime i sign into my microsoft account on ps4 it tells me “Oops! It looks like this account is already connected” ive tried going to other accounts and nothing is working. Ive also tried going to sign in through settings and it takes hours to load. Ive also tried to “unlink” my microsoft account but when i go to my account in settings it tells me to “sign in”. and when i go to sign in it takes years to load. (i had it load for 8 hours once). ive cleared the cache and restarted my ps4 and nothing helped. i dont understand how it tells me that im already signed in but it doesn’t actually have me signed in why doesnt it let me sign in to my microsoft account on ps4 minecraft? :( please help im so sad right now

    We understand that you are unable to sign in to your Microsoft account through Minecraft for PlayStation 4.

    Are you able to sign in to your Microsoft account through the Xbox websiteand Microsoft website? If just created the Microsoft account, please make sure to sign into Xbox.com as it will attach a gamertag. Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance. We hope this information helps!
