Why doesn’t it download

I’ve been downloading a heap of resident evil games because they are on sale.

Every game that I have bought will download but with resident evil revelations 2’s other episodes and dlc it won’t download. All it says is installation stopped.

I have tried turning it on and off, redownloading the base game.

Please help

Okay. Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes and see that solves the problem.
Settings>General>Network settings>Advanced settings>Alternate MAC address and clear.

If the problem persists and you use an external hard drive connected to the console, remove and attempt to download the games to the console's internal memory.

I’ve already tried that but thanks. I think I’m going to try to get a refund

Try installing another one of similar size, after finishing try installing the game again. If the problem still persists, I think your last step is to reset the console erasing everything.
