    Why doesn't anything XBOX related work???


    My son has been playing COD Ghost for some time without issue. His friends came around and played 2K15 for a short period before it stopped working. Now we receive disc errors on every game

    Disc unreadable. Please clean etc etc.

    I have cleaned the disc, bought a DVD head cleaner and still nothing.

    I've tried to contact support, cannot enter name details even though I have logged into my account so it should know who I am, so therefore having to resort to seeing if any paying XBOX customers can help me.

    Sorry for the rant, it's my sons console but everything XBOX related appears to have issues.

    The problem continues

    I hate being negative but this is ridiculous. I am permanently boycotting anything related to Microsoft from now on. I am having trouble logging in. Xbox live doesn't work. Microsoft store doesn't work.

    Not a huge gamer...I need some convincing to buy the Xbox One.

    You also get your own personal group of people who will hate you and tell you why your dumb for liking anything Xbox related. Good practice for high school debate teams.

    Why doesn't anything XBOX related work???

    If you receive error reading with every disc you use it means the disc tray of that console is damaged and you should send it for repairs.

    don't if this is related to Ghost or the xbox one in general........trying to play Ghosts....xbox just says "Reading save device" frozen screen does not do anything console still works but they &%^%&*%&^* why please help

    Could you detailing out why this title doesn't work for you. Is it related to the fact that you need a hard drive to be able to install and play this game, or is related to connectivity to Xbox LIVE, or something else?
