why doesnt any of the support on the xbox website work?

been try to get support since 8 am still can't get any help

AC power adapter of my XBOX 360 is not working

AC power adapter of my XBOX 360 is not working and trips the power of the whole house with a small explosive noise from inside the adapter. We have avoided using the device for more than 3 months now. I am in India and toll free number is not providing support
for this product and website doesnt have any help for customers in India. The websites designed for support are no help. The online service website doesn't even provide option of buying replacement for the power adapter or sending email. On the product website
it says that using any other power adapter may damage the product!! Please help in getting this sorted out.

 

requested a calls at 8:24 am multilple times and its not working.... the online chat support wont load, what am i supposed to do?

It couldn't hurt to try clearing your browsers cookies and cache. Sometimes they cause issues with accessing features on web pages.

That's definitely strange. Usually they're really prompt with sending out the email response. I'm assuming you've made sure that the emails responses aren't possibly in your bulk/junk folder already.

 

as much as id love to wait and hope for the best brad i need my money back now before stuff bounces in my account for something i never wanted to buy ... ive already made the request 3 times over 2 hours ago
