Why does your support system suck?

My friend got his xbox account permanently banned and console completely unusable cause of his younger brother being dumb and constantly refunding stuff.

Which then lead to him trying to appeal but gets an automated response with no proper help with his issue. He stopped playing on xbox and started using PC. But since he can't use his xbox account cause of his brother he's lost all his games and java minecraft account please help!

That's not an issue for supoort

Enforcement is and always has been an offline team regardless of service some don't even have an appeal process (sony)

And abusing a refund policy is a bad idea regardless of service

Reviews are always the best way to go not try before you buy

Second he shouldn't be sharing his password with anyone

3rd it doesnt matter who does it you are responsible for your account at all times

I agree with the point of him being responsible for his account at all times and abusing refunds should absolutely be enforced.

But I must say I agree that Microsoft needs to improve its support system. There need to be agents to talk to, the automated system just tends to go in circles and you can't actually get help.

I did, but I want to make sure that such people are reported and face consequences to their awful actions.
