Why does your product suck?

I can certainly understand your frustration, I worked for a major phone manufacturer and many people were quite irate that their product had failed.

I couldn't see anywhere mentioning where you had contact Microsoft. Depending on the issue and country, you may still have warranty or be covered by consumer law.

I have had issues with controllers and these were replaced by being reasonable to the people trying to help, from someone that has worked with irate customers, being this way to customer support will not earn you any favours, believe you, me all manufacturers
have issues.
