Why does xcloud not work when my content restrictions are set to 18+

If I may ask, what is the exact error or issue that you're getting whenever you're trying to play Cloud gaming so I can check that for you?

Works now! I also restricted the Guestaccount from using games rated 18 yrs, and set a pincode for that account.

And when my son is logged on that age restriction worked too.

I have done this, still no effect.

I downloaded the app, and all of the restrictions on my main account are set to off.

No screen time restriction

Content restriction - 18+

All other settings - Everyone/Unfiltered.

I'm still getting in-game messages saying I cannot access online content due to my profile privacy settings

I have also tried going back via the webpage, but still get the same message when trying to alter the Windows 10 settings

Regardless of any child and/or privacy settings, you will not be able to download any M rated free content as it is considered advertising until you turn 18. You will be able to promote your account to an "adult" account when XBox Live understands you to
be 18, and this restriction will then be removed.

If you are under the age of 18, there will still be a restriction on some demos or trailers, regardless of the parental settings. Those restrictions will be lifted when your account is promoted to an adult account, when you turn 18.
