    Why does XBOX "support" not call back


    For 4 days now I have been trying to get a call back form XBOX support. They say 1 minute estimated callback. Firstly they don't even accept the callback, then after multiple tries it says they will call back and they simply don't. This support from a multi billion dollar company is disgusting. There is no chat facility, no direct contact numbers, just a rubbish callback facility that does not seem to work. XBOX, sort this out!!

    If the callback is not working on Xbox business hours, please try to use the live chat option and a support advocate will chat with you (not the robot). If the option to use live chat does not appear to you, keep changing topics/categories and it will be available.

    Are you in an xbox live region?

    If not that will be why

    Your best option is to use a voip app

    However if you are trying to do something that violates the rules like access live services in a non supported region they can't help with that

    Or is it region locked services like cloud etc

    Ya noone Can help with that

    I have been trying to get a call back and no help at all Ben though three times I was told I would get a call back in 5 mins

    I am £15.99 down and no v bucks added to sons account what can I do ?
