Why does Xbox Support Ignore Us Customers ? I have been trying to speak to someone at Xbox since the 19/2/2023 using every single option available to me as a customer sent multiple feedback messages and reported my issue multiple times.

Posted the exact same issue on here along with lots of other people regarding the Xbox console companion app and the useless inbuilt windows Xbox app which is basically unusable due to how laggy it is to use.

And All we get are Xbox / Microsoft apologists blaming our hardware, Internet and stating that the console companion app uses Windows 8 so is no longer supported but it worked perfectly until the 19/2/2023.

When will Xbox / Microsoft own up to their error and fix this issue or come out and say that their not going fix it as it's not financially viable for them to do so?

I know you mean well but what's the point that link is not for Xbox / Microsoft so they can't fix anything and can't resolve my issue.

And seeing as Xbox / Microsoft won't reply their own customers what is that website going to do ? Answer is nothing...

Because they don't have access to any Xbox or Microsoft systems it's just another stage of enabling Xbox / Microsoft to ignore the issues of their customers.

That's my point though isn't it!!! No one at Xbox / Microsoft helps though do they!!!

It's just clueless chat bots and endless message loops that lead nowhere and by having well meaning volunteers defending them on here with no power to actually help or resolve issues, It just enables them to take their customers for granted and ignore us until we're ready to give them more money.
