    Why does Xbox keep saying this every time I launch up a game


    So what it's saying is fallout 4 needs to finish installing or show ready to start before you can launch it and I don't know why this is happening the game is already installed it's not just Fallout 4 it's also GTA V and Tabs

    Why cant I launch a game, and when it does launch it stays on the on a screen for a long time and then says the game took to long to launch.
    I have this issue too, and have for two days now.

    I have reset the console multiple times, I am connected to the network and can see friends but every game or app I try to launch “takes too long to start” and doesnt do anything.

    My Xbox One X is useless now.

    NEED HELP MICROSOFT WHAT IS GOING ON.
