Why does Xbox enforcement not punish trolls ??

so why doesn't Xbox deal with trolls ?!?! I have a screenshot I will post when I get home of a player admitting to trolling and ruining the online gaming experience for eleven other players ... Absolutely unacceptable, you will ban for foul language, these
guy used foul/offensive language in his message as well, no action taken against the individual... And it's not an isolated incident, it's all over .. and Xbox enforcement does nothing , I'm gonna read terms of agreement and see where it says about playing
online and trolls and online play policies, if it says anything about playing fairly, being mature in your play, basically anything that says if you troll there will be punishment, pull up all my old messages of players admitting to trolling... Then maybe
we should get some guys together to sue Xbox for our money back, 80$ a year for over ten year and Xbox doesn't enforce ****... Does Xbox even have policies against online trolling ?

Xbox's Enforcement Team Has Failed

P.P.S. It's obvious that the ban is longer than 24 hours, as I'm still banned. My account still states I'm in good standing and there are no offenses shown. So I'm being punished and I'm not even entitled to a Case Review, even though my ban is greater
than 24 hours? Like I've already stated, if using the words "bitch" and "shove it" against a troll is going to get me banned, so be it. I can deal with that. But if the Enforcement Team isn't going to punish the troll, who used a homophobic remark, delighted
in his attempts at annoying me, and used the acronym "LMAO" (which contains the word "ass"), why punish me?

Accountability is very important. And it seems the Xbox Enforcement Team is having some accountability issues.

Why do you guys do this?

Why is it when you get a communication it tells you to go to the Enforcement website, but when you go there and click on the "submit case review" the link is broke? I asked what I did not what to not do! This is the 3rd time I
have posted this and all I get is spam and bs from Microsoft and the Enforcement Team! I thought you guys were suppose to help us customers, not give us a bunch of bs! All I want is to know what I did, but instead you moderators, the Enforcement Team, and
Microsoft try to pull all this kindergarten crap and bs. I have some questions for you guys; Do you punish the 3 year olds that impersonate Microsoft officials? Do you punish the trolls? Do you punish the 27 year olds making death threats to children on
Xbox Live? Do you punish the people that instigate and manipulate other players to break the code of conduct? Do you punish the people who spam? The answers are sad: no, no, no, no, and no. I have one final question to ask; Do you like to bully suicidal teens?
The answer unsurprisingly is... YES!

Please be sure to use the dashboard reporting tools to report people you see breaking the code of conduct of Live. Also, remember that the PET do get thousands of reports per day. All of these must be investigated prior to laying any kind of enforcement
action against the person. This means that not all enforcements are immediate. It can take some time for them to get to the complaint.

The enforcement web site does not facilitate a conversation with them how does one facilitate this?

Enforcement has no standards for setting bans/suspensions as the community is generally toxic and there are trolls that goad people into responding … the responder gets punished and the trolls are not punished… seems like a legal issue particularly since people invest a lot of money And Xbox live does not allow a user to turn off/block initial and unsolicited contact from toxic players… thus Xbox live facilitates the contact and then when the unsolicited conversation doesn’t go according to Xbox live standards one side loses ALOT of money bec trolls seek responses to report and then the stupid ban/suspension judge and jury takes the wrong action

As the Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, nor does anybody else around here have access to your Enforcement records, we cannot make a reliable speculation as to
why you were banned.

All Enforcement actions are handled on the Xbox Enforcement website. Log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your suspension history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

Did you not read a single word I said, it's even my title. I have no history of my 2nd account being punished but I am being punished. So I cannot make a case review with no history of my account being suspended

The Enforcer team is doing your job when you can not act, it's your fault. Nobody else. If you report someone and do not write the reason why you're reporting it, he does not know that the person will not be punished.
