Why does Xbox enforcement exist?

They exist to help enforce the Terms of Service that Xbox Live Subscribers agree to adhere to. Those that continually violate the TOS are usually banned for a short period based on the offense but can be permanently banned for repeated offenses.

How are you doing. Perm Banned? or Temp Banned? No good. I'm sorry about that. I would MAYBE contact them again to see the exact reasoning for what went down. But again, I am sorry and I am not sure I can do anything about that unfortunately.

I can't believe an organization like this actually exists. This is the first time I've ever heard of it. And yeah, as someone else said, how is it not a violation of the ToS as per soliciting money for services?

It doesn't feel right because it isn't. It's also quite pointless making paid services in order to play with females.

But of course, for it to still be around, there are obviously some idiots out there who are willing to throw away their money. It's stupid, very much so.

I will, however, laugh if it IS breaking the Xbox Live ToU and whoever tries the service gets banned.
