Why does Xbox.com keep signing me out?

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site.

I haven't had a problem with xbox.com yet and it signing me out. Does it just sign you guys out randomly or something?

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues. These types of issues often occur when you have a child account or are part of a family group. Please try the following steps.

Login at this link

https://account.xbox.com/Settings

And in the part of "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

If it won't let you log in to set up your account, there may be two reasons.

1. The date of birth of your account is underage, check it in this link:

2. You are a member of a family group, check it in this link

https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

If you are a minor, you must enter a family group and the family group administrator must configure your account in the same way that I indicated initially.

Wow I've been having problems with this since the Xbox one came out on my 360 and couldn't find a solution until now.. That really helped.
