Why does Xbox ban the wrong people for 4days

support was wrong I dunno why they keep sending people here telling them to start threads calling out tags, first off the PET the ones who actually do the suspension and banning of accounts does not even READ this thread they only read threads in the suspension
and banned accounts and banned console parts of the forum.

if i was a hacker why would i put it on the xbox forums. Plus why hack a game it just ruins the fun in the games. O wait people probably hack cause they have Microsoft banning them and suspending them for no reason. AND MICROSOFT IF YOU ARE READING THIS
STOP SUSPENDING AND BANNING PEOPLE WHO NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG!

I agree people should be banned for breaking the rules but like myself if you get banned for nothing that you can see you did wrong and the fact they dont send people a message stating why they have been banned or reply to emails is a complete joke.

If people spend there cash to buy the game they made then they should show people some respect and take the time to say why they got banned
