    When I play on my X-box, well let's say I share my Xbox with my brother (which I do), and when I am playing let's say... Rocket League and I am in the game it says my brother is also playing it and it is the opposite around. There is only one X-box in my
    home and only me and my brother play it. And it is bugging me because when I play a game like cross out and i played it for lets say 50 hours total and it also says my brother has played it 50 hours total when he never even touched the game I hope microsoft
    can fix this.

    At first I thought it was internet lag, but why does it fix when I open the Xbox settings for a few seconds and then resume the game?

    And I must say that I lonly play games and reset the cache and factory reset the Xbox, but it does not solve the problem.

    When you say that a game crashes, the game just closes unexpectedly and the desktop appears or your whole windows system crashes?

    Also, when you say “I have reset my computer to a fresh wipe” how did you exactly reinstalled windows?
    Did you formatted everything?

    In the meantime, this can be a bit dumb. But please try connecting the PC to a completely different power socket or in a different room
