    Why does this keep happening?


    I've been trying to redeem a 3 months Xbox Live Gold code for a long time now, but I keep having the same issue. I tried redeeming it on my Xbox One and on the website, but every single time I recieve the same message, even though the system recognizes
    the code I'm using
    : "Something went wrong. Try again". I've already tried looking up the error code, however I've noticed two things: Not a single error code I enter is recognized, and it changes every time I try to redeem my code. The error codes I get
    on the console are diferente from the ones I get on the website, but hte message is the same. I've tried redeeming the code during diferent times of the day, but it's all the same. Can anybody help me?

    Im also getting it with project spark.

    Another thing: on my console, and only the console, the following text appears above the error code: XBOS-XboxSubscriptionsInvalidSubscriptionStatus. On the console, I'm using the same account as the one I use here.
