Why does the xbox website refuse to let me sign in?

i tried both of the solutions you suggested but it still does the same thing even with a different internet connection, browser and device.

I see, do you have a different Microsoft account you could try signing into instead? If so try that and see if the issue persists.

Also, make sure you're signed in through Microsoft: account.microsoft.com

Then try going to this page: account.xbox.com
