Why does the Xbox app keep downloading a game when I never gave it permission to do so?

I'm not incorrect.How can it be theft if you agreed to it?

If you think it's wrong then why did you agree to the ToU/CoC ?

Theft is when someone takes something of yours without your permission or knowledge.

If you are banned then you forfeit your digital content which means you can never download that content again on that account.

You gave your permission for this & in doing so you also have knowledge that this will happen.

If it won't keep the system updated when I opt to allow it to wake for updates then what's the point of that setting?

It should have been updating during the down time since I gave it permission to do so...but it didn't

All permissions related to any Xbox App-based games can't be edited. The official Xbox App does not allow you to change any permissions yourself. No permissions to edit anything related to it, or the game in question, in the registry either.

I have used "take ownership" before on an Xbox App game with disastrous results. It seems that the Xbox App's permissions are so locked down that I am not allowed to touch anything, even when it is stopping me from launching the game.

In conclusion, I should've spent my gamepass money on Steam instead T-T
