    Why does the total points won cap out at 29750?


    It is easy to reach the cap of 29750 points for solving the daily challenges. It would be much better to have the total be open-ended. Why is there a cap in the first place?

    Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage. Can anyone confirm?

    doesn't MS put a cap on GS per game, 1000 for the main game and up to 250 per dlc with a total game cap of 1750? so it would make sense to have 2 dlcs at 125gs each and the other 2 at 250gs each, that would max out the cap at 1750

    I think it was just a glitch or something cause when I went on this morning the points started to record again, I only had a total of 120k points so I was not at a cap or anything?

    I don't see the point in not capping the objectives. Those points can really help out, especially if you're going for the higher scorestreaks.

    I couldn't agree more! I play with one other guy and 99% of the time each one of us will have more caps & defends than all the other members on our team combined. I've been on a team where someone went 75-12 with no caps or defends - both of us finished
    with more total points even though we had half the kills.
