Why does the store prevent me from signing in?

When I put in my password (which is correct), it asks me to verify my identity. After getting the code on my phone and typing it in, the window just asks for my password again and verify my identity all over again. It's just a never ending cycle.

Is this online or on your Xbox? If you're on a PC perhaps try clearing the cache and try again.

I'm on a PC. How do I clear it's cache? Are you referring to browser cache?

It's odd. Because I've checked my security settings, and changed my password.

My wife can sign in and access the Windows store, but when I sign in it has this problem.
