Why does the popup for the login keep closeing before i can even type

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press S on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

Hello again,Please try to reset the Xbox app:

Click on the start button

Go to Settings

Click on Apps

Search for the app

Click on the result, then choose "Advance options"

Click on "Reset"

After doing this, please restart your PC/laptop to make sure it'll completely go through.

If the steps above won't work, please open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

Then Restart your PC

Click on your start button and open Powershell as admin.

Then type in this command below:

Get-AppXPackage -allusers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Press Enter

This command will run through each Windows 10 App and reinstall them if they are missing. Existing apps will display a red warning message and this can be ignored.

After that, do restart your PC to complete the process.

it didnt seem to work but here ill give a screen shot of what i mean is not working





so basically when i click that sign in button a window pops up for less than a second and closes instantly

i have windows 11 this is actually a new computer and for some reason i could not install the new windows update not sure why its called "2022-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5021255)" and when i try to download it it fails every time and then gives me the option to retry. also i don't think i can even install anything through the microsoft store because when i try to click install on anything it just reloads the page witch i didn't even know was possible.
