Why does screen turn black except for the health bar

I changed the resolution in the game settings and it worked for a while but then the screen went black again. Don’t know if it helps any but the game came with the console just had to put in a code to install it and it says the system is up to date

How do I find out the graphic card manufacturers website

As soon as I turned my One on the screen was black except for the download bar. Then went to green screen then stayed there for maybe 6 minutes then was fine.

I am wondering if the internet quality in terms of speed - latency - packet loss are hindering this process?
