    Why does OneGuide require me to sign in every time I turn on the system?


    Recently, OneGuide refuses to stay signed in when I power up the system.

    I have OneGuide setup to run when the system starts up. When it does, and I go to my favorites, it says to sign in. When I do, I then have to go to the home screen to quit the app and start it up again to get it to work properly.... until the next time I
    start the system up again.

    The rest of my system is just fine. I may be signed out from OneGuide, but the console itself is properly signed in to my account.

    You can turn off OneGuide by Settings > Power & Start up > Uncheck On Start, Go to TV.

    No. I WANT it to start up.

    I just don't want to have to sign in and restart the app every time.

    mines the old xbox and wont alllow me to sign in at all then randimly does it after a hour but every time i turn iff my xbox i cant sign in to play even oon my profile

    Help with 2 things

    There is an auto login with the face recognition it signs me in automatically every time it sees me when I turn it on. That's why there is ir sensors it will detect you in the dark as well. You might need to recalibrate it under the settings.

    Mine does that every time I turn it on. I have it set to Energy Saver, which is probably why.
